Job Description
- Impart First Aid Training to Cabin Crew and Flight Crew.
- Will ensure that all training policies and discipline is strictly complied with as per laid down procedures and protocols
- Shall conduct inquiries on any first aid incident that may occur on flights
- Maintain training records of all training in the master files and crew personal files, and update on regular basis
- During classes to ensure that all equipment’s are available and serviceable
- Shall ensure serviceability of equipment’s available at outstation bases. Any damage, repairs needed should be highlighted to Manager Medical Training/Cabin Safety Training Manager .
- Preparing and updating Training modules
- Preparing circular and notification as and when required.
- Maintaining Training data on a regular basis.
- Conduct mock BA for trainee cabin crew at the training center.
- Provide support to the Manager First Aid to conduct training needs analysis. Provide feedback for Training enhancements
- Any other duties assigned by the Cabin Safety Training Manager/ Manager-First Aid
Desired Qualification / Certifications
- A doctor holding MBBS degree or
- BSc Nursing degree and registered Nurse or
- Paramedic with recognized first aid training
